Terms-An instrument may be leased for an initial introductory period. At the end of the introductory rental period, the rental will be on a month to month basis with all rental payments being applicable to the instrument's price. The instrument may be purchased or returned at any time and the rental agreement will end. When the total amount of the rental payment equals the price of the leased instrument or if the early purchase option is exercised, ownership of the instrument will be transferred to your name. There is no obligation. The contract can be terminated at any time by returning the instrument to Friends Music Shoppe. Included in the monthly rental fee is a Loss, Theft, and Damage coverage, which is an insurance which covers repairs to instruments. It does not cover any willful or deliberate damage or dent work. Repair work will be done at no charge at Friends Music Shoppe. There is also an early buyout option, in which the lessee can opt to purchase the instrument at a 40 % discount ant any time during the rental period
